Arati GurungCongratulations to Arati Gurung, PhD student in bioengineering, on two research awards. Arati has been awarded a Whitaker International Summer Grant to take her research on EchoPIV to the Image and Pattern Analysis Group at Heidelberg University. She will spend her summer in Germany.

Arati also received an NSF-sponsored award to attend the International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging ’13 in San Francisco this week. Arati is presenting a poster there.
