Congratulations to Fernando Mancilla-David, associate professor of electrical engineering, who has been named a Fulbright Scholar. This is a great honor that that reflects highly on his accomplishments and is an honor for the electrical engineering department as well.
Mancilla-David has been with the College of Engineering and Applied Science since 2007. His research interests include power system engineering and advanced power electronics.
